Teen suicides live online
A US teenager has committed suicide live online while users watched on in horror.
Mobile videos and footage of bad drivers could be used to charge hoons in a bid to crackdown on road accidents and speeding.
News Limited newspapers reports that the Victorian Government is considering allowing mobile video footage as evidence in confiscating cars from drivers if they are found to be acting outside of the law.
Under anti-Hoon laws in Victoria, at least 5,000 drivers have lost their vehicles in the last two-years.
With most mobiles now equipped with a camera, Police say video footage could be used as proof.
Authorities are yet to say how drivers would legally use their phones to video other drivers while in their vehicles.
