The Role:

The Content and Media Support role is focused on managing internal production workflows related to TV/Radio content, including TV/Radio Quality Control, Transcription and Media Items.

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Quality control of TV/Radio news content to identify and categorise advertising material
  • Liaising with a third party transcription provider to lodge and receive transcription requests
  • Reviewing and editing of TV/Radio Transcripts
  • Using basic software to insert start/end points across TV/Radio content
  • Preparation of short summaries and descriptions of TV/Radio content
  • Ingesting external media into Streem’s platform as required
  • Assisting the Account Support team in producing ‘pre-clipped’ Media Items for select clients
  • Other duties as determined by Streem.


Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Australian permanent residency or be an Australian citizen
  • Proactive and enjoys a face-paced environment
  • Positive can-do attitude, energetic, and media-savvy
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills, strong grammar and proficiency in the English language



  • Experience working with simple video or audio editing tools
  • Have a keen interest in the Australian Media Landscape
  • Experience working with Excel, Project Management Tools/CRM tools or Boolean Search
