Media Insights and Analysis The Media Insights and Analysis team prepares comprehensive, interactive reports for Streem customers. We pride ourselves on producing genuine insights into the media profiles of businesses, topics and industries, enabling customers to act quickly.  
Account Management Streem’s dedicated, 24/7 Account Management team is responsible for onboarding new clients, managing stakeholder relationships, and advocating for our customers’ experiences across Streem. Always acting with trust and integrity, the passionate Account Management team is the bridge between our customers and the rest of our staff.  
Customer Support Our Customer Support team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for every client. Working hand-in-hand closely with the Account Management team, they are experts in Streem platform features and functionality. Their deep product knowledge allows them to provide timely assistance and proactive support, ensuring our clients get the most value from Streem every day.  
Business Development Streem’s enthusiastic Business Development team loves presenting Streem’s market-leading platform to prospective clients, while also ensuring existing customers are across the latest exciting product tools and capabilities.  
Media Research Curious and insightful, the Media Research team works hard to ensure Streem’s knowledge of the media landscape is at the cutting edge. These news junkies are constantly working to enhance and update our media and journalist databases in order to deliver customers the comprehensive picture they expect.  
Communications Streem’s communications team manages the brand’s fast-growing earned and paid media profiles, while ensuring its excellent brand reputation remains intact. The team is also responsible for client communications, ensuring our customers are up to date on the latest media industry news and platform features.  
Corporate Underpinning Streem’s growth and success, the Corporate team is responsible for finance, legal, human resources and executive capabilities. The team is made up of highly-motivated, autonomous individuals who are comfortable dealing with the rapid change caused by the business’s rapid growth trajectory.
