Leon leads Streem's operations in Australia and New Zealand, setting the strategic direction and orchestrating the company's strategic framework.

His responsibilities include catalysing business growth and ensuring financial robustness while overseeing a team of experts who listen to and care about a diverse client base across the public and private sectors.

Leon is passionate about empowering clients to make data-driven decisions. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in marketing technology and content-related businesses, giving him a broad perspective on the industry. His experiences derived from a career working in more than twenty countries.

CFO and Company Director, Regional Head of Finance APAC

PK joined Streem in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, leading the finance team on the sale of Streem to Cision.

He has over 22 years of experience across ASX-listed and several portfolio companies under private equity ownership. As an ex-auditor with KPMG, PK has provided financial oversight for high-growth companies in the technology, consulting, hospitality, and project management sectors. His experience as Head of Finance at The APP Group (now Bureau Veritas) and General Manager - Finance at TSA Riley supported some of Australia's largest health, road, rail projects and infrastructure developments. 

His passion lies in truth-seeking, media intelligence and leading technology businesses through growth and turnaround. Since 2023, PK has been a Company Director and has financial oversight for Cision in over 10 countries in Asia and ANZ.

As the Head of Customer Experience at Streem, Jacqui is at the forefront of shaping and refining our customer journey.

Since joining the team as an Account Manager in 2018, Jacqui has demonstrated a deep commitment to our growing and diverse customer portfolio.

With an inherent focus on the customer, Jacqui collaborates meticulously with her professional and energetic team to cultivate a seamless customer experience.

Head of Operations

Buster is the Head of Operations at Streem. Working closely with the company’s key media suppliers and internal operations personnel.

Buster has strong media intelligence industry knowledge having worked as a senior member of the NSW Government's Media Monitoring unit for almost a decade.

Buster leads the company's largest internal team responsible for delivering service outcomes, ensuring the consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of Streem's production and backend services.

Lauren is the Head of Insights and Marketing at Streem. Having joined Streem in early 2021, Lauren brings extensive insights, marketing, and social media experience from previous roles at HelloFresh and various PR and Communications firms.

Lauren has an impressive and proven track record of working with clients to identify their needs, and drives strategies forward to find innovative solutions.

Steve leads our New Business team, responsible for driving Streem’s growth in the ANZ market. After commencing with Streem in 2021 as a Business Development Manager, Steve progressed to Sales Manager in 2023.

He brings over a decade of sales experience across a range of industries, with a specialisation in start-ups and scale-ups.

He has cultivated a detailed understanding of Streem’s product and value proposition within the market, leveraging his expertise to build lasting relationships and strengthen Streem’s market position.

Director, People Partners for ANZ & Singapore

Tania is Director, People Partners for Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, leading the People, Culture, Recruitment and Human Resources functions across Cision's SEA businesses.

Responsible for partnering with leaders across Streem, Brandwatch, PR Newswire, and Cision, Tania oversees the people strategy for approximately 250 employees across the region. As former Chief of Staff at Streem, she works closely with executive leadership to build high performing teams, strengthen organisational capability and support the continued growth of the businesses she supports.

Tania holds postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management from Deakin University and brings a unique combination of both Commercial and People expertise, having joined Streem as an Account Manager in 2018 before progressing into senior leadership roles and now leads the People function across the SEA region for multiple Cision owned brands.

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Aiza oversees Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis for Streem Australia and New Zealand. This involves management reporting to the SLT, including revenue and KPI tracking.

She has been with Streem since 2022. Aiza commenced her career as an Internal Auditor in the international banking sector. Her experience covers tax and management accounting as a trusted commercial finance and business partner across several SaaS businesses.

Head of Legal, APAC at Cision Group

Renata is the Head of Legal, APAC at Cision Group, leading the legal function across the Asia-Pacific region, including Streem in Australia and New Zealand. She has more than a decade of experience advising high-growth technology and media companies on a broad range of commercial, corporate, intellectual property, employment, and privacy matters.


In addition to her legal leadership role, Renata serves as a Director of several Cision entities across APAC. She works closely with regional leadership teams to provide practical, commercially-focused advice on complex strategic and operational matters, helping drive business growth while effectively managing legal risk.

Director, Government Strategy ANZ

Brad leads our Government Account Management team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of federal, state, and local government entities across Australia and New Zealand. 

Brad brings media and communications experience in both the public and private sectors, and a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies with distinction from the University of Wollongong.

He joined Streem in 2018, specialising in government and issues-based media monitoring and analysis clients. Brad's leadership and expertise led to his promotion to Group Account Director in 2022.

Director, Corporate Strategy ANZ

Samantha leads our Corporate & Customer Success Account Management teams, who provide day-to-day account management and dedicated platform support for our private sector clients.

With a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) from UTS and a Diploma of Leadership & Management, Sam’s background includes experience in both online and radio journalism and publishing.

Her journey at Streem began in 2020 in a Customer Support role, advancing to an Account Manager position before taking on leadership of the business unit in 2022. In her tenure, Sam has been instrumental in refining our Account Management offerings to meet the diverse needs of our expanding customer base.

Rowan is the Manager of Production at Streem, overseeing the Curation team, which delivers human-curated Daily Email Reports to our government and corporate clients every morning.

With a Master of Public Policy from Sydney University, Rowan started at Streem in 2019 as an Overnight Content Producer, leading the team before being promoted to Manager of Production.

Rowan has led the strategy and implementation for this dynamic, deadline-focused team, responsible for a key pillar in Streem’s product offering.

Nick spearheads Streem’s go-to-market strategy, with responsibility for identifying and unlocking strategic growth opportunities across the Australian market.

Starting his career at Streem as a Business Development Manager, Nick worked closely within the business, partnering with account management, marketing and product teams to support new client partnerships and strengthen Streem’s presence in the market.

Through his tenure, he has driven new business growth across a broad range of sectors, including corporate, government and agency, operating effectively in complex sales environments and across diverse stakeholder groups.

Senior HR Manager, ANZ

Meriska is the Senior HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand, leading Streem's HR function and serving on the business unit leadership team. She partners with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving organisational performance through strong leadership, talent development, and employee engagement.

With expertise across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and change management, Meriska is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures where people and businesses can thrive.

Government Partnerships Lead

Gloria is Streem's Government Partnerships Lead, working closely with federal, state, and local government departments and agencies across Australia. She brings deep expertise across the government sector, with a strong track record in coordinating large-scale transitions for government entities onboarding to Streem, and in retaining and growing Streem's government portfolio.

She holds a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wollongong, and specialises in managing the onboarding of additional value-added services and coordinating projects that support customers through Machinery of Government changes, key events with whole-of-government impact such as elections, budgets and Senate Estimates. 

Gloria joined Streem in 2020 in a customer support role, before transitioning into Account Management and, most recently, stepping into the role of Government Partnerships Lead in 2025.

Group Account Manager

Kerem manages Streem's Enterprise accounts, working closely with many of Australia's largest organisations to build trusted partnerships, optimise Platform adoption, and maximise the value of their investment. Alongside managing his client portfolio, he supports the leadership of Streem's Corporate Account Management function, Enterprise onboarding and deployment initiatives, mentoring Account Managers, and collaborating across the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Throughout his career, Kerem has partnered with leading Australian organisations and global brands, helping communications, marketing, and corporate affairs teams leverage media intelligence to make more informed business decisions. 

During his time at Streem, Kerem has played a major role in fostering long-term client partnerships, helping organisations unlock greater value from their media monitoring through strategic insight, and tailored support.
