Streem is committed to protecting your privacy when using the Streem platform. This statement covers how we treat personal information and Product use information collected and received, including information relating to the use of the Streem platform. "Personal information" refers to information that personally identifies you by your name, email address or phone number and other information that is not otherwise available publicly. “Product use information” refers to aggregated information that is generated as a result of your use of the Streem platform, including the content you read, save, share and monitor.

This statement applies only to the Streem platform. Other external websites or services linked to/from the Streem platform will have their own privacy policies which you will be subject to in choosing to use their websites or services. Whenever it is reasonable and practicable to do so, we only collect information about you directly from you. We only collect personal information about you, which is reasonably necessary to. i. provide you quality products or services, ii. maintain your contact details

We generally hold personal information relating to:

- your position with a Company of which you are employed.

We do collect information relating to your use of the Streem platform, including:
- The actions you take on the Streem platform, including the content you read, save, share and monitor
- Analytics relating to your use of the Streem platform

How that information is used

We only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was disclosed to us or related purposes which would reasonably be expected without your permission. For example, we may from time to time use your personal information to provide information about products and services, which may be of interest to you. We do not sell personal information to other organisations but we may disclose personal information to service providers who provide services in connection with our products and services e.g., when sending a bulk email to our customers via a third-party service.

Product use information is collected for the purposes of providing an improved platform experience and to build improved products. For example, we may from time to time sell products created from aggregated and anonymised Product use information.

We do not link Personal and Product use information together for the purposes of providing this to any third-party under any circumstances.

Keeping information accurate and up to date

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we hold is as accurate as is possible. You are able to contact us at any time and ask for its correction if you feel the information we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete.

Keeping information secure

Streem is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. For example, your personal information is stored on computer systems that are located in Sydney, Australia and operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). When Streem transmits highly confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Access to and use of personal information within Streem is appropriately limited to prevent misuse or unlawful disclosure of the information. If other organisations provide support services, we require them to appropriately safeguard the privacy of the information provided to them.

Use of Cookies

Streem uses cookies to help personalise your platform experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a webpage server. Cookies are assigned to and can identify you uniquely. A cookie can only be read by a web server that issued you the cookie.

Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Their primary use is to provide a convenience by saving you time. For example, if you customise the platform based on your sign-in credentials, a cookie will help Streem remember you on your subsequent visits. When you next return to the Streem platform, the information you previously provided is retrieved so you can easily use the platform customised to your preferences. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers will accept cookies automatically, but you can usually set your browser to decline cookies.

How you can access your information

You can contact us to request access to your information. In normal circumstances we will give you full access to your information. However, there may be some legal or administrative reasons to deny access. If access is denied, we will provide you with the reason why.

How we communicate with you

Streem will keep you informed about product enhancements and updates. If you do not want to receive this sort of information from us, you can opt-out in the received email by unsubscribing at the bottom of the message.

However there are some times when Streem will need to contact you (by email or phone) to advise of technical issues relating to the platform. You will be unable to unsubscribe from these emails, phone calls, text messages or Push Notifications as they are critical to Streem providing you with the platform.

All content is provided for internal research purposes only and may not be further copied, distributed, sold or published in any form for any purpose without prior consent of Streem or the copyright owner. Your sign-in credential may not be shared or provided to any other person and/or entity that are not named in the Streem platform under Account Settings. Any sharing or provision of your sign-in credential to a person and/or entity not named under Account Settings may result in the suspension or termination of your account without refund.
