If other organisations provide support services, we require them to appropriately safeguard the privacy of the information provided to them.

For example, if you customise the platform based on your sign-in credentials, a cookie will help Streem remember you on your subsequent visits. Streem will keep you informed about product enhancements and updates if you ask to be. If you do not want to receive this sort of information from us, you can opt-out in the received email by unsubscribing at the bottom of the message.
However if you are a Streem customer there are some times when Streem will need to contact you (by email or phone) to advise of technical issues relating to the platform or website. You will be unable to unsubscribe from these emails, phone calls, text messages or Push Notifications as they are critical to Streem providing you with the platform
